Wuxi Qunke Direct Drive Semiconductor Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of Jiangsu Qunke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.—has officially completed construction and commenced operations at No. 188 Chengtang Road, Dongbeitang Subdistrict, Xishan District, Wuxi City. The new facility covers an area of approximately 15,000 square meters and is equipped with Class 100 and Class 1,000 cleanrooms; multiple production lines have already entered the mass production phase.
Strategic Layout:
Qunke Intelligent has long focused on the R&D and manufacturing of direct-drive transmission products. To meet the demand for high-precision motion control components within the semiconductor equipment sector, the company has established Wuxi Qunke Direct-Drive Semiconductor Co., Ltd. in Xishan District, Wuxi City, thereby further optimizing its production capacity layout for the core semiconductor transmission field.
Plant Construction
The new facility covers an area of approximately 15,000 square meters and features clearly defined functional zones designed to meet the workflow management requirements of precision manufacturing. The workshops are equipped with constant temperature and humidity control systems and house a Class 100 cleanroom (200 m²) and a Class 1,000 cleanroom (400 m²), dedicated respectively to precision assembly and component debugging.
Production Line Capabilities:
The new facility has established manufacturing capabilities covering our core products; the main production lines include:
Iron-core and coreless linear motor stator and mover assembly lines;
DDR Rotary Motor Assembly Line and Test Stand
Linear-Rotary Actuator Assembly and Testing Line
Mass Production Line for Linear Motor Modules and Precision Marble Motion Platforms
The Quality Inspection Center is equipped with high-precision equipment, such as laser interferometers and coordinate measuring machines.
Technical Architecture:
Qunke Intelligent owns the proprietary brands Qunke (RGW) and Yunque (SKY). Its product portfolio encompasses linear motors, DDR rotary motors, linear-rotary actuators, linear motor modules, precision granite stages, and precision lead screws and guide rails. These products are widely applied in fields such as semiconductor equipment, 3C electronics, lithium-ion batteries, photovoltaics, laser processing, and medical devices. The company maintains a continuous commitment to R&D and fosters collaborative partnerships with universities and research institutions.
Ongoing Capacity Expansion:
Currently, all production lines are operating smoothly, with equipment commissioning and process optimization underway in select stages. Moving forward, we will advance the commissioning of fully automated module assembly lines and the deployment of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Additionally, we will install large-scale processing equipment and expand our cleanroom facilities to further enhance our delivery capabilities for large-scale transmission components.
